Cashmere Apron

black bean and avocado salsa

6 green onions, chopped small
8 radishes, chopped small
2 avocado, chopped small
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
juice of two limes
1/4 cup vegetable oil (do not use olive oil)
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix gently. Can be served with tortilla chips or over grilled chicken or fish.
